Arrival Policy:
When making a booking, please advise us of your EXPECTED TIME OF ARRIVAL as staff are rostered on for guest arrivals.
Cancellation Policy:
No refund for cancellations less than 48 hours out and an admin fee of 30% will apply for all other cancellations, or we would be happy for you to rebook at a mutually convenient time.
